By car
From both Florence and Pisa take the carriageway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI). Exit at Empoli and take the 429 to Castelfiorentino and onto Certaldo (in the direction of Siena). 
From Certaldo, take the SP64 to Gambassi (for about 6mins). There is a small road on the left sign posted Country House Nazzano.Follow this small track to the end.
